Return and exchange
Exchange and return guarantees
If the received order does not fit you in size, color or style, you are entitled to return it within 14 days. Fill in the request (or write by hand according to the model) And email annatinystar@gmail.com with a scanned document or photo. A manager will contact you to resolve the issue, wait for his response no later than 3 working days.
We will refund your money within 10 working days after the manufacturer receives the returned product and request the product in the same condition which you received it in.
All internal tags must be kept.
Send the completed request at annatinystar@gmail.com, if the return is due to the break which was revealed during the socks or after washing, and the product’s presentation is lost, or there is a picking error in the order sent.

Exchange

Fare
